Tsukumi City Tourism Association

　

In the past few years, the Tsukumi City Tourism Association in Oita Prefecture has found it difficult to attract visitors from outside the prefecture and promote the city due to the impact of the new coronavirus infection. In Reiwa 6/3, the Association conducted a survey of residents of Fukuoka, Miyazaki, and Oita prefectures to ask about their awareness and image of Tsukumi City, as well as their experience visiting and awareness of its tourism resources.

This survey was commissioned to be conducted by Associate Professor Yukihira Shinya of the Department of Regional Development, Faculty of Regional Co-Creation, Kyushu Sangyo University. The results will serve as basic information for future tourism promotion, and the survey results will be used to verify promotional methods, etc.
