Summer stamina food! Tsukumi Hyugadon
Oita Gourmand Grand Prix Gold Award for 2 consecutive years
"Hyugadon" is a fisherman's dish that was invented by fishermen in Hotojima, which flourished as a base for deep-sea tuna fishing, as a way to quickly get nutrition between hard fishing trips.
This bowl of rice is made by mixing lean tuna with a special sesame sauce made with soy sauce and sugar, and then placing it on top of hot rice.
Get through the summer with "Hyugadon," a stamina food with an appetizing sesame aroma!
About the giveaway lottery
This was our first attempt at a digital stamp rally, and we would like to thank everyone who applied.
Following the end of the event, we held a lottery for a giveaway. The winners were selected through a strict lottery process, and the winning bid will be replaced by the shipping of the product.
Thank you for many applications.
Although the event has ended, Tsukumi Hyugadon is available as a year-round menu.
